Gary Rohan’s ex-wife Amie has opened up about her new romance, but is keeping her boyfriend’s name a secret for now.

The former AFL WAG went Instagram official with her new beau on Monday, posting a picture of her smiling alongside him.

She captioned the photo, in which she is beaming while holding a glass of wine, with a heart.

“I’ve got to have one piece of my life that isn’t for everyone else,’’ Amie told the Herald Sun of her decision to keep his name out of the public eye.

“It’s made me realise I’m normal and I’m not a broken soul that’s not loveable. It’s exciting.”

They have two daughters, Bella and Sadie. Bella’s twin, Willow, died five hours after her birth in 2018.

Geelong star Gary is now engaged to physio Madi Bennett.

“You showed me how to smile again when I thought I had forgotten how, and you have made me happier than I ever thought I could be,’’ he wrote on Instagram when they got engaged in July.

“You have made me a better partner, father and person, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you. I love you Mads xxX.”
